Shatabhisha – Healing and Revitalisation
At the onset of illness, we begin to feel very run down. But, quite often, sadly we don’t take the respite necessary to rejuvenate until we are hit head on. Humanity is being hit with a crisis, the planet a virus. We have ignored the illness for far too long, and now things must intensify for healing to transpire. In the present moment, we can learn from past mistakes and shape a better future. The present set of circumstances the world is facing can serve to awaken us from the mind numbing trance of material acquisition, to a more sustainable way of life.
