Purva Phalguni – Prosperity through Partnership

There are those whom we wish to be in the presence of constantly, but whose company is detrimental to our growth. Then, there are others, whom we feel affronted by, whose camraderie puts us on the fast track to spiritual growth. Why do I bring this up? The web we weave determines the progress we attain. There is karma, and there is free will. A life well lived naturally involves a balance of both. Through the maintenance of this balance, and the practice of awareness, we evolve quickly regardless of  whether our experiences are challenging, or bring a sense of ease. It is not so much the environment we are in, but instead, whether we align ourselves with the strength of our souls, and thereby find the wherewithal to overcome the deepest of hardships, or enjoy the heights of harmony.
