From childhood, we integrate conditioning in regards to how we should and should not behave. This is quite rightfully so as there some important gems of wisdom that keep us from danger’s door. Yet, there are many others that force us to remain dogma’s prisoner. We limit ourselves with inherited belief patterns and habitual responses that are handed down from one generation to the next. But, we are each made of a different fabric, each rich in colour that is impossible to express in plain black and white. What serves one of us limits another.
