When we exercise our body, muscles become stressed, yet then strengthen to a state more solid and firm than before. When we go through transformation, in essence, we are exercising our Spiritual Muscles. We face stress and purify. With Awareness, we develop deeper Wisdom and Self-Knowledge. And, although we may initially feel insecure and unstable, we eventually find ourselves more whole than before and able to face challenges previously thought insurmountable. Rise to the occasion.
