The below constitutes terms of agreement between Michael Reed Astrology, AuthenticAstrology.com, PulseoftheUniverse.com and VedicAstrologyAcademy.com and the client. Ordering services from said bodies constitutes agreement to these terms.
- Delivery of the service and/or product ordered to the client is guaranteed in a manner concurrent with the description on the website.
- If for any reason said bodies are unable to deliver the service and/or product ordered due to negligence*, a full refund is ensured of any and all fees paid for the respective service/product.
- Said bodies are not responsible for any refunds due to cancellation on the part of the client or due to delays caused by force majeur (act of God, circumstances beyond control, internet outage, technical problems or illness).
*Please note for the sake of this agreement negligence equates with purposefully not showing up for any other reason than force majeur without previously contacting the client to reschedule.
