It’s good to have restrictions, although it may feel quite the opposite. Boundaries provide us with direction. They let us know which paths are beneficial for us and which are detrimental. That being said, we occasionally impose our own limitations through lack of imagination or through fear of failure. You are not being held back quite as firmly as it may appear. And where you are restricted? You are the one holding the reins. To the degree which you feel secure enough to relinquish the the iron grip, do so and you will be propelled forwards.
