We cannot be truly free until we learn to relinquish the load of the behavioural patterns that we tend to burden ourselves with. They become habitual, and even when they no longer serve a beneficial purpose in our lives, still we find ourselves clinging to them out of a sense of familiarity. The Fear of Death will only continue to “kill” us for the length of time that we allow ourselves to become enraptured by its trance. The moment that we embrace its potential to transform, the more quickly we are reborn into a new, invigorated state and the leaden weight removed from our psyche.
