Does Venus in 10th house Virgo on a man’s chart indicate that he will meet his future spouse at some point during Mercury Mahadasha and Venus Antardasha?

I’m curious to know the Nakshatras- my guess is there are many more possibilities than this suggestion- thank goodness because that’s a very brief window and you might not even reach it in your lifetime!
I moved hosting and it seems a lot of replies may have gotten lost. There are many combinations that can create someone meeting their spouse. I find that often times people are not aware of the multitude of planetary agendas that planets have. They can create in so many various ways and to the extent of their strengths.
