If you are seeing the cup as half-empty then you will be thirsty. It’s as simple as that. You feel as if something is lacking. But if you shift your attention away from that feeling, you will notice a resource or two that you do have at your disposal to help you to shift a situation. There is no time for wallowing in your emotions at the present moment. There will be time enough to process in the not so distant future! Wake up to the fact that a situation is arising that needs your attention and focus on making the most of what you do have available to you in order to shift it! Do what you can do rather than focusing on what you can not do!
