To every rule, there is an exception. And so it goes with the ‘Don’t Look Back’ rule. There are certain times where you want to look back. For example, you might be driving and some idiot decides to follow you too closely! Or, there may be a big, hairy monster sneaking up behind you! But, you needn’t worry about idiots or monsters! Instead, you are worried that you are getting nowhere fast. Look behind and notice what you have accomplished! Then do your best to release the judgement that you have somehow failed. You haven’t. You are succeeding at more than you may imagine!
