Aquarian Robin Hood – Mercury Conjunct Neptune
Mercury, the planet of communication, and Neptune, the harbinger of spiritual truth; both in Aquarius, close in on a conjunction tomorrow morning at 8:02 am CST. Both of these planets are transiting the lunar mansion of Dhanishtha at present. This nakshatra, or lunar mansion, is connected with abundance, wealth and also recognition.
As these planets conjunct, both are forming a harmonious aspect with Uranus in Pisces. This aspect is heightened by the fact that Pisces is ruled by Neptune, and Aquarius is ruled by Uranus. These two planets are occupying each other’s sign.
Uranus is in the lunar mansion of Purva Bhadrapada, which is connected with what is good for all people.
Both Uranus and Aquarius are connected with the internet and information, but also social justice. As this happens, a story has emerged from Latvia regarding a hacker, claiming to be a part of a group known as the Fourth Awakening People’s Army, who is passing on the details of banks and state owned firms to the media. The group was able to download more than seven million tax documents from the State Revenue Service.
Information released includes the pay details of management from a Latvian bank that received a government bailout which shows that many did not take the cut in salary that they had promised to. Other details released show that state owned companies secretly awarded bonuses whilst asking the government for assistance. As Latvia is currently in the depths of a deep economic crisis, the hacker is being heralded as a modern day Robin Hood.
We are still experiencing the effects of a tense aspect between Saturn in Libra, the sign of balance and integrity; and Pluto in Capricorn, the sign of power. This aspect continues to bring the abuse of power into focus, and those connected to it to justice.
Humanity as a whole is being asked to awaken and recognise the extent to which greed has fed the massive abuse of status by the powermongers. A monetary based society has fuelled the flame. But although power and greed feed off of each other, so too do altruism and compassion. Now is a profoundly strong time for a new path to be explored and established.
