Mind can become confused, or even shocked by a paradigm shift. The Emotions can become darkened and deepened by Transformation. But, the Soul thrives only on the Truth. A deep revelation can be uncomfortable, or even painful. A shift in behaviour difficult to undergo. But, approached with Conscious Awareness, it can only be of lasting benefit to the fostering of Self-Understanding.
