When confronted with crisis, the mind can often envisage many horror story situations. One is fortunate to get outside of the loop when chaos besets. First there is a breath, a moment and insight dawns. It is with breath that we enter this creation and it is through breath that we can step outside of it, stop time for a moment. Don’t let things get out of control. When the mind is rampant, remind it of who is the master. Things will begin to move more positively than you might have previously imagined.
