Fear has a very intense way of knocking us from our centre of spiritual gravity. This is especially the case if something, or someone dear to us is in jeopardy. Whereas in ‘ordinary’ circumstances, we might honour the impulse to exercise patience and allow calmness of mind to bring a safe and reasonable solution to a situation, we instead begin to grasp for the first thing which promises a potential path out of the darkness. An answer is soon on its way to you, don’t make a situation worse through rash action when bold action may actually be more appropriate.
