But, apathy is a downward spiral leading only to the depths of depression. When advancing doesn’t bring opportunity, we are not necessarily stuck. There can still be movement. Retreat is also an alternative, and need not give way to surrender. Potential exists. Step back so that you may see it clearly. Rest and gather strength. Trust and wait for a more appropriate moment.
