If you must criticise yourself, at the very least allow it to be constructive criticism. If you must restrain yourself, allow the heat of the discipline to nourish new growth. If you must give rise to anything right now, allow it to be your inspiration. Above all else, don’t lose your connection to your heart. It is the compass which must now guide the way. Know your truth and doubt not its validity. From it you shall find the direction that you need.

An awakening is now beginning to transpire on the heels of the exactitude of the conjunction between Uranus and Ketu, the South Node. In addition, Mercury has now shifted to retrograde motion.
