There must be some other impact on that 6th house waxing moon if it feels waning (rather than pretty strong). Perhaps an opposition from Saturn?
I’m curious to know the Nakshatras- my guess is there are many more possibilities than this suggestion- thank goodness because that’s a very brief window and you might not even reach it in your lifetime!
Let’s see: the element of Venus is water and its Dosha is Vata/Kapha…. So moist???? The vata dries out the wetness-so it is moist like earth which is Taurus ruled by Venus?
The D24 is Higher Learning and Accomplishments according to a K. Sutton’s Shodasha Varga book. In addition to academic accomplishment it shows the ability to access higher consciousness through spiritual practice to know the higher Self (the ultimate highest accomplishment!).
