What is the D24 , Siddhamsa Chart used for? Everyone who answers correctly gets 50 Gems!

The D24 is Higher Learning and Accomplishments according to a K. Sutton’s Shodasha Varga book. In addition to academic accomplishment it shows the ability to access higher consciousness through spiritual practice to know the higher Self (the ultimate highest accomplishment!).
