Don’t compensate! There is something that you would like to change and you want to make sure you do it right this time. But in doing so, you might be prone to putting out the wrong signal! Strength of resolve can oft be misunderstood as ‘not taking no for an answer.’That is not going to win you any favours. But should you try to cooperate and accept the limitations that you need to work within, things will begin to go much better. You only need do what’s right. Right doing seldom gets the right attention. But, it gets the job done!
