The problem is that you are letting yourself get too worked up. I would tell you that you’re getting worked up over nothing. But we both know that isn’t the truth. But while we are on the topic of truth, the fact of the matter is that you need to cool your jets, calm down, chill out…whatever catch phrase you relate to, use it. Certainly you are ready for all of this to be in the past. But it won’t fade until you can get yourself into a space where you can exercise restraint. And even then, it will take some time. So relax and kick back. Even if you are not enjoying the moment, be conscious of the fact that you are placing unnecessary weight on your shoulders!
