Is the cup half empty? Or, is it half full? Does it matter? If you are thirsty, then you have a drink! My point is that there is no use bickering or complaining over resources and potential lack of them. It’s better to use what you have to make more of what you don’t have! The only thing is, you are so deeply focused on what you don’t have that you run the risk of making things worse by ignoring something which is right in front of you and could be put to use in a constructive way! Don’t make something big out of something small! Make something small into something big!
