Does doing a good job necessarily equate with being successful? There’s many a masterpiece painted that never sees a gallery until decades later! There are many glorious people who never get recognition or fame. Equally, there are lots who have honour bestowed upon them who seemingly do not deserve it! You know all of these things and yet you are doubting that you are doing the right thing simply because your actions have not proven fruitful, or no one else has noticed your efforts. What you do matters and to stop would leave a vacuum!
