Knowledge and understanding can provide conviction and commitment! In turn, these can build strength! But this strength can do nothing if you are holding on rather than taking action. The courage is there to take the next step! But as you prevaricate, any action you take is likely to have less impact. Prevarication however is the hallmark of a lack of conviction and commitment.
